How to export reports & CSVs

Reports & Exports pulls together your Creator ROI, Orders, and Content Performance data into downloadable CSVs, tracks which campaigns are actually driving revenue through promo code attribution, and gives you a running weekly digest, with no spreadsheet building required.

This guide covers each export, filtering by date, and how attribution and the digest are calculated.

CSV Exports

Three ready-made exports cover the data you're most likely to need outside BrandOps: creators, orders, and content.

  • Creator ROI: name, Instagram handle, niche, contact status, deal type, product name and value, cash fee, commission percent, revenue attributed, total cost, ROI percent, payment status, whether the reel was posted, and full engagement metrics.
  • Orders: order number, customer name/email/phone, product, SKU, quantity, amount, status, payment method, source, promo code, shipping address, tracking number, courier, and every timestamp from created to delivered.
  • Content Performance: title, platform, post type, status, scheduled and created dates, creator, views, reach, likes, comments, saves, shares, profile visits, campaign, and whether it was a repurposed piece.
  • Each export downloads as a UTF-8 CSV named with the report type and today's date, ready to open directly in Excel or Sheets.

Filtering by Date

Every export can be scoped to a specific window instead of pulling your entire history.

  • Set a From and To date above the export cards; both apply to whichever export you download next.
  • Leave both fields blank to export the full, unfiltered dataset.
  • A Clear button appears once either date is set, so resetting to "export everything" is one click.

Promo Code Attribution

See which campaigns are actually driving orders by matching promo codes used at checkout back to the campaign that issued them.

  • Set a promo code on a campaign to start tracking it; the table then shows every campaign with a promo code, its status, order count, and attributed revenue.
  • Matching is case-insensitive, so "SAVE20" and "save20" both count toward the same campaign.
  • Returned and Cancelled orders are excluded from attributed order count and revenue, so the numbers reflect orders that actually stuck.
  • A campaign with a promo code but no matching orders yet still shows in the table with zero counts, rather than being hidden.

Weekly Digest

A running snapshot of the current week (Monday through Sunday) so you don't need to build the same summary by hand.

  • Four headline stats: tasks completed, content posted, revenue from orders that shipped or delivered this week, and your top creator by all-time revenue attributed.
  • Every piece of content posted this week is listed with its platform and view count.
  • A callout highlights your top creator by name, handle, and their all-time attributed revenue, when there is one.
  • The digest always reflects the current week; it isn't a historical archive of past weeks.

Frequently Asked Questions

What CSV exports are available?

Three: Creator ROI (deal type, fees, revenue attributed, ROI percentage, payment status, and every performance metric), Orders (amount, status, payment method, promo code, and shipping info), and Content Performance (views, reach, likes, saves, shares, and campaign attribution for every pipeline item).

Can I export just a date range instead of everything?

Yes. Set a From and To date above the export cards before downloading. Leave both blank to export all data with no date filter.

What format do the exports download as?

A CSV file with a UTF-8 byte-order mark, so it opens correctly in Excel without garbling currency symbols. Each file is named with the report type and today's date, e.g. orders-2026-01-15.csv.

How does promo code attribution work?

Set a promo code on a campaign, and any order placed with that same code (case-insensitive) gets counted toward that campaign's order count and revenue. Returned and Cancelled orders are excluded from the attributed totals.

What does the Weekly Digest show?

A snapshot of the current week (Monday to Sunday): tasks completed, content posted, revenue from orders that shipped or delivered that week, your top creator by all-time revenue attributed, and a list of everything posted with its view count.

Is Reports & Exports available to every business type?

No. These reports are built around orders, promo-code attribution, and creators, all of which are ecommerce-specific concepts, so Reports & Exports is currently available to workspaces set to the Ecommerce business type.
