Is the 14-day trial really free?
Yes — no credit card, no commitment. You get full access to every feature during your trial, including Agency-tier ones like multi-brand and Website Intelligence. Cancel or downgrade any time before the trial ends.
What happens after the trial?
You'll be prompted to choose a plan. If you don't upgrade, your account pauses — we never auto-charge. Your data stays safe for 30 days.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade any time from Settings → Billing. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — annual billing saves you 2 months (effectively 17% off). Reach out to info@brandops.in to switch to annual.
Are prices inclusive of GST?
No. All listed prices are exclusive of GST. 18% GST will be added at checkout as per Indian tax regulations.
Can I get a refund?
We offer a 7-day refund window after your first paid charge if BrandOps doesn't work for your brand. Email info@brandops.in.
