Is the 14-day trial really free?
Yes — no credit card, no commitment. You get full Growth plan access during your trial. Cancel or downgrade any time before the trial ends.
What happens after the trial?
You'll be prompted to choose a plan. If you don't upgrade, your account pauses — we never auto-charge. Your data stays safe for 30 days.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade any time from Settings → Billing. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — annual billing saves you 2 months (effectively 17% off). Reach out to hello@brandops.app to switch to annual.
Are prices inclusive of GST?
No. All listed prices are exclusive of GST. 18% GST will be added at checkout as per Indian tax regulations.
Can I get a refund?
We offer a 7-day refund window after your first paid charge if BrandOps doesn't work for your brand. Email hello@brandops.app.
