Brand Hub: your marketing command centre
Brand Hub pulls your site health, competitor scores, connected Google metrics, and an AI chat that knows what to ask about into a single three-column view, so you can open one page instead of five to see where your brand actually stands.
This guide walks through the layout, what each panel actually shows, and which parts need which plan.
The Command Centre Layout
Brand Hub is a three-column view built to put brand context, live analytics, and action items in front of you at the same time, instead of forcing you to tab between separate pages.
- Left: the context sidebar, showing your brand name and niche, a Documents section, and your tracked Competitors.
- Centre: the Analytics panel, with SEO, Links, and GEO tabs covering your primary website's audit data and connected Google metrics.
- Right: the Agents feed (your SEO/GEO review queue) stacked above "Chat with your CMO," the docked AI assistant.
- Everything on this page reads from data you already have elsewhere in BrandOps, such as Website Intelligence audits, connected Google accounts, and tracked competitor websites, rather than requiring separate setup.
Site Health & Competitors
The SEO tab is your primary website's health at a glance: a score ring, category scores, and the Core Web Vitals from your last audit.
- The score ring and category scores (SEO, Performance, Security, Accessibility, Content, AI Readiness) come from the most recent Website Intelligence audit of your primary tracked website. Category breakdown itself is an Agency-plan feature.
- Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, FCP, and TBT) show Pass / Needs work / Poor against Google's standard thresholds, with a Desktop/Mobile toggle for which device's next scan feeds the card.
- Google Analytics and Search Console cards show sessions/users/pageviews and clicks/impressions/CTR respectively, once you've connected Google in Settings.
- The Competitors list in the sidebar shows every website you've marked as a competitor in Website Intelligence, each with its own last audit score, so you can see how you stack up without leaving the page.
- No website tracked yet? Both the SEO tab and sidebar point you to Website Intelligence to add one.
SEO & GEO Agents
The Agents card is a review queue, not a separate AI generator. It's the same WebsiteIssue data your audit already produced, just surfaced here for quick triage.
- SEO Agent lists open Critical and High severity issues from the SEO category of your last audit; GEO Agent lists the same for the AI Readiness category: the checks that cover things like llms.txt, JSON-LD structured data, and whether AI crawlers are blocked in robots.txt.
- Each issue shows its severity, title, and recommendation. Dismiss an issue and it's marked Ignored so it stops showing up here.
- This needs the Agency plan and a tracked website with a completed audit. Without both, the card explains what's missing instead of showing empty data.
- Five more agents (Articles, X, LinkedIn, Reddit, UGC Video) are listed below as "Coming soon" with an honest note on what each still needs before it can go live.
Chat with Your CMO
The docked chat panel in the bottom-right is BrandOps's AI assistant, running in a marketing-focused mode built for exactly the kind of questions Brand Hub's data supports.
- Ask about site health, competitors, campaigns, or what's worth prioritising this week. It's the same streaming assistant used elsewhere in BrandOps, just scoped and docked for this page.
- Click the reset icon in the chat header to clear the conversation and start fresh once you've moved on to a new topic.
- Sending a message streams the response in real time; click the stop control while it's replying if you want to cut it short.
Plans & What's Gated
Brand Hub is deliberately layered by plan so you always see what you have and exactly what unlocking more gets you.
- Starter plan: Brand Hub is locked entirely, and you'll see an upgrade prompt explaining what it bundles.
- Growth plan and above: the full page opens, including the AI chat and the basic site-health/analytics view.
- Agency plan: unlocks the category score breakdown, Core Web Vitals detail, and the SEO/GEO Agents review queue, since those all depend on the deeper Website Intelligence audit that's an Agency-only feature.
- Nothing about this gating is hidden. Every locked section tells you exactly which plan unlocks it and links straight to billing.
Frequently Asked Questions
What plan do I need for Brand Hub?
Brand Hub itself needs the Growth plan or above, which unlocks the page, the context sidebar, and the AI chat. The deeper pieces (the full SEO/Performance/Security/Accessibility/Content/AI Readiness category breakdown, and the SEO/GEO Agents) stay gated to the Agency plan inline within the page, since they depend on a full Website Intelligence audit.
What does "Chat with your CMO" actually know?
It's BrandOps's AI assistant running in a marketing-scoped mode, docked right inside Brand Hub instead of the slide-in panel used elsewhere. Ask it about site health, competitors, campaigns, or what to prioritise this week. Click the reset icon next to the header to start a new conversation.
What are the SEO Agent and GEO Agent?
They're live review queues, not a separate content generator. They surface the same open issues your Website Intelligence audit already found, filtered to Critical and High severity, split into an SEO category feed and an AI Readiness (GEO) category feed. Each issue can be dismissed, which marks it Ignored. They need an Agency plan and at least one tracked website with a completed audit.
What are the Articles, X, LinkedIn, Reddit, and UGC Video agents?
These are shown honestly as "Coming soon" because they aren't live yet. Articles Agent will queue long-form drafts from the AI Articles integration for review. X Agent needs write access added to the X connection before it can post. LinkedIn and Reddit need new integrations built from scratch, and UGC Video needs a video-generation vendor decided on first.
Where do the competitors in the sidebar come from?
They're websites added in Website Intelligence and marked as competitors, showing their favicon, name, and last audit score. Click "Add competitor" in the sidebar to go add one, since competitor tracking is managed from Website Intelligence, not from Brand Hub itself.
What's in the Documents section of the sidebar?
Planned, not live. Product Information, Marketing Strategy, Content Calendar, Competitor Analysis, Design Guide, and Content Strategy each show a lock icon and a "Coming soon" badge. We'd rather be upfront that this is a roadmap item than fake a connected state.
Does Brand Hub replace Website Intelligence?
No. Brand Hub's SEO tab shows a summary: your health score ring, category scores, and the last audit's Core Web Vitals. For the full audit (every issue, every category, scheduled re-scans), click "Full audit" to jump into Website Intelligence itself.
Is the Links tab in Brand Hub live?
Not yet. It says so directly: backlink tracking isn't built yet, since it needs a backlink data source that isn't wired into BrandOps today.
